Technical Account Manager

In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing our solution with new clients and upselling our technology with existing customers. This role is mainly remote, however, some customer engagements will be on site. We're looking for a candidate residing in the Netherlands, not requiring sponsorship.

What you'll do:

• Own customer relationships as the primary point of contact for customers – building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives and technical requirements.
• Organize and run customer requirements scoping meetings to clarify needs, and create written proposals / SOWs based on discussions.
• Manage customer interactions during pilot execution and customer onboarding, ensuring all production activities are followed-through in a timely manner and meets or exceeds any customer or SLA expectations.
• Develop account strategies, proposals, and presentations to expand use cases for existing customers.
• Communicate customer requirements and perspective to internal stakeholders and support product roadmap development.
• Develop a deep understanding of our technology, including capabilities, limitations, and implementation requirements. 

What you'll bring:

• 3-5 years customer-facing experience as a TAM for a data software product.
• Be customer-obsessed. You will need to be empathetic, a good listener, and a strong communicator.
• Proven capability to address technical concerns and provide solutions in real-time discussions with customers.
• Excellent understanding of data management: Ingestion, Transformation, Analytics, Modelling, and Governance
• Technical background in data engineering, data architecture, or data security, and the capacity to learn quickly about emerging industry trends.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ownership mentality
• An under-promise, over-deliver mentality.
• Experience in National or Cyber Security is a plus
• A valid government security clearance is a plus
• Proficient in both Dutch and English language
