GDPR Data model agreement between educational institutes

The Dutch Join Cyber Range aims to provide a national platform on which students from different educational institutes can collaborate in learning and research activities about Cyber Security. Example collaborations are national competitions, in which students from different educational institutes compete on a certain topic, such as Ethical hacking, Automated Vulnerability Research or Intrusion Detection and Incident Response. To facilitate such a platform, there is a need for a legal GDPR agreement between institutes to allow data sharing. This 3rd year internship (Sept-Jan) will involve a theoretical investigation on data sharing agreements and a practical investigation of the legal requirements of several educational institutes, to deliver a final agreement that all participating institutes agree upon.
