What will you do?

As an insider risk analyst you’ll work on one or multiple large projects on an (inter)national level. You’ll be (partly) responsible for managing all insider risk assessments and project developments. Activities will include:

  • Drive the delivery of insider risk assessments, which includes the development of threat analysis and maturity assessment for organisations wishing to expand their insider risk capabilities
  • Provide analytical direction within projects, supporting the organisation’s consultancy activities while working closely with the relevant business leads and stakeholders on a daily basis. 
  • Continuous investment in yourself as an insider risk expert. Maintain an understanding of the insider risk field through research, networks and other means.
  • Contribute to our role as market leader within the field of insider risk. This can entail acquisition of projects, contracting and relationship management.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in gathering and interpreting information into actionable (security) recommendations for clients
  • Ambition to work on complex issues, where analysis of situations or data requires a broad knowledge of the client company.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the field of security, intelligence and/or insider risk management would be preferable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to conceptualise concepts into deliverables. 
  • Experience in working in a fast paced environment, with the ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal skills and style flexibility. Demonstrating ability to work and communicate well with peers as well as being flexible and adaptable to change.
