As a boutique insider risk consultancy firm our mission is to help our clients retain the value of their critical people and assets by mitigating insider risks from e.g. nation-state espionage and organised crime. We have a team of (fun! and) experienced consultants with backgrounds in psychology, intelligence, (insider) risk and business. Our differentiator? We believe that people do their best work when they are happy, so a clear focus on the personal and professional development of our people is at the heart of everything we do. And our people are the reason why we are the market leader in insider risk consultancy.

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable manager to join our management team at Signpost Six. If you want to continue your career in the field of geopolitics, espionage and security, then Signpost Six is the place to do it!

What will you do?

Activities will include:

  • Responsibility for multiple large projects on an (inter)national level and the project teams that work on them.

  • Being involved in the company strategy, vision, and working on high-level strategy with clients.

  • Bringing in new business and ensuring the pipeline is full.

  • Building and supporting your team.

  • Contribute to our role as thought leader within the field of  insider risk: maintain an understanding of the insider risk field through research, networks and other means.

What do we offer?

  • We offer an attractive compensation package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
  • We offer tools and flexibility for you to make a real impact on your terms.
  • Develop transformational leadership with insights, coaching, and confidence.
  • Our culture values diversity and inclusion, empowering you to be yourself and use your voice to support others.
  • A way to contribute to a safer world by supporting organisations that make a difference in the world on their insider risk journey.
  • Modern working environment and equipment, fostering mobile working flexibility.

The ideal candidate has:

  • A strong affinity with topics such as insider risk, subversive crime and corporate / economic espionage.

  • Consulting experience (7+ years), ideally in insider risk management and/or security, working with large multinationals in the biotech, finance, defence, energy or high tech sectors.

  • Experience with defining, implementing, and maintaining consulting best practices, with an ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability and preference to take ownership, entrepreneurial, proactive with positive attitude, a self-starter who can manage multiple initiatives/priorities at once with a strong commercial sense

  • Team player with strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and analytical reasoning

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally to meet client needs.

  • Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory.

* These requirements give a direction of the profile we are looking for for this position. Research shows that mainly male candidates apply for a 60% match and women for a 100% match.
