Cybersprint maps the attack surface of organisations and brands, offering full visibility using continuous and automated digital asset discovery. Cybersprint’s zero-scope AI-driven approach to Attack Surface Management provides an outside-in perspective, eliminating blind spots and detecting and preventing threats including data leaks, brand abuse, supply chain risk, phishing. Darktrace completed the acquisition of Cybersprint in March 2022. Darktrace (DARK:L), a global leader in cyber security AI, delivers world-class technology that protects over 6,500 customers worldwide from advanced threats, including ransomware and cloud and SaaS attacks. Solution consultant @ cybersprint

At Cybersprint we deliver a state-of-the-art SaaS solution to our customers. We need to support our customer during the entire customer journey, onboarding users, integrating into existing processes and systems and technical deepdives. We are now looking for a dedicated Solution Consultant who supports our Customer Success Management team in getting the most out of Cybersprint. You will serve as a true product specialist/evangelist and work on mapping customer’s needs & use-cases on to our solution.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering Proof of Value projects
  • Provide technical support towards customers
  • Guide customers through integration journey
  • Advise on mitigating security issues
  • Provide context to risks we identify at customers
  • Build relationships with technical counterparts at our customers
  • Support/discuss default technical integration options with customers (e.g. ServiceNow, TopDesk, Anomali, EclecticIQ, SIEMs etc)
  • Design and discuss custom integrations with customers (and ensure custom development is limited)
  • Continuously develop market knowledge on TIP/ITSM/BI tools & integrations
  • Advise customers on usage of Cybersprint data in own service management tooling and business processes
  • Evangelize new product features at customers
  • Support implementation of new product features (technical customer support)
  • Serve as 2nd/3rd line in support process
  • Be liaison in the product development team for customer related requests (support development team in making right choices in development)
  • Identify opportunities to expand our state-of-the-art technology
  • Advise on improving customer workflow and processes in our products and services

About you

  • You have several years of experience in SaaS/agile software environments
  • You have a security background and understand how ‘the internet functions’
  • You understand (cyber)security and the challenges people are facing
  • You hold a bachelor or master’s degree
  • You have knowledge of SaaS solutions, integrations and industry-standard tooling
  • You understand customer centricity
  • You are eager to present to customers and preventing churn
  • You can build bridges between techies and business-focused stakeholders
  • You must be fluent in English
  • You have a high attention to detail
  • Ability to cooperate with highly skilled techies, eager sales managers, and demanding customers
  • You learn fast and can act in a fast-growing environment
  • Hands-on mentality combined with the ability to manage multiple customers at the same time of different complexity
  • You are process minded but can also show flexibility when needed

  • You are able to quickly understand how a customer’s organisation functions and how our platform can add value to their business
  • You are keen to support the rapid growth of Cybersprint and are willing to contribute in growing the business
  • You understand what it’s like to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You have worked with SaaS solutions and integrations before
  • You have a proven track record in (cyber)security
  • Experience in sectors such as Government, Financial Services, and Retail
