We have employees and offices in the Netherlands, UK, and USA, and are about to expand and enlarge our headcounts in all sites.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will manage our European customer projects and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be the face and main point of contact for HUB Security’s clients once an opportunity is materialized into a deal, to ensure the quality of execution and delivery, and identify new opportunities to assist our clients in improving their security.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing healthy relationships with clients, evaluating and analyzing their needs while building trust and transparency, and promoting the clients’ loyalty
• Initiating kick-off calls with the client, and if needed, internal kick-off
• Collaborating with the Technical Lead to identify suitable consultants to perform a project and the prerequisites for execution
• Managing consulting resources
• Resolving issues, if arise during the execution of the project, in a transparent and fair manner (including timing, scoping, and availability problems)
• Overseeing the technical QA process of the report and ensuring its timely completion
• Providing feedback to and engaging with the account/sales manager to improve and expand the relationship with the client

What you’ll bring with you

• 3 years of experience being a Project Manager
• Local language support (Dutch/English mandatory, extra language capabilities are a pre (French/German/Italian/Spanish)
• Locally required PM certifications (Prince2 Agile, understanding of ITIL3/4 certification preferred)
• Agility and being comfortable in a fast-paced, changing, planning landscape.
• Good communication skills with both technically-minded and non-technical people
• Comfortable with working in a team of multiple nationalities, mindsets, and cultural backgrounds
