As a Product Manager, you contribute to the team with solid knowledge of the various constraints of the business, deep knowledge of our users and customers, and data about how our customers engage with our products.

While we encourage and enable our teams to figure out the best solutions to the problems that need to be solved, we also hold those teams accountable for the results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Translate business strategy into a product strategy for your key area;
  • Own the team’s product roadmap;
  • Represent the customer within the team, and ensure the team has a thorough understanding of the customers' needs;
  • Plan and carry out product improvement launches together with other product managers and release managers;
  • Collaborate with Design and Technical leadership on Discovery;
  • Collaborate with other PMs to define and Execute Intelligence Center Strategy;
  • Work with Team on refining and maintaining Delivery backlog;
  • Contribute to Product Marketing activities (e.g. Releases, Events, Campaigns);
  • Join Sales and Sales Engineering and CSM in customer calls;
  • Be an internal go-to person for all parts of your product responsibility;
  • Establish and maintain a collaborative work relationship with cross-functional teams, such as Customer Success, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Engineering. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience;
  • 5 years as a product manager for B2B software products;
  • Experience building Analytical software products OR in building data management at scale products / systems;
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery;
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing;
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative;
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Comfort and ease communicating with a variety of customer audiences from technical practitioner to leadership;
  • Ability to influence teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives through the use of data and logic;
  • Excellent English skills, both oral and written;
  • Working/practitioner experience in the cyber security space is a plus;
  • Having built products/services within the cyber security space is a plus;
  • Experience with data modeling systems, orchestration, and enterprise integration patterns is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence is a plus.
