EclecticIQ builds threat intelligence tools used by analysts and cyber security experts to defend their organizations, and in some cases, the public, from threat actors.
As a Customer Success Engineer at EclecticIQ you provide technical support to customers after a sale. The CSE will work with our customers to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
You are a dynamic, problem-solving expert delivering software integrations with security technologies. You must be passionate about technology, ensuring a great customer experience, and have the necessary entrepreneurial spirit to continue growing our business.
Job requirements: What does it take?
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience and in order to be successful there are the following must-haves:
1) Solid foundational knowledge in RHEL and RHEL-like Operating systems
2) Foundational knowledge in Bash scripting
3) Experience with Network Troubleshooting tools ie. tcpdump/wireshark, DNS
4) Foundational knowledge in Ansible as an automation tool
5) Foundational Knowledge in Enterprise Opensource Databases eg. Elasticsearch, Postgresql
6) Experience with Enterprise Security Products:
- Are comfortable interfacing with high-profile and high-demanding clients and working under pressure
- Are confident, clear & can demonstrate certainty in resolving customer matters in a timely manner
- Have strong verbal and written communications
- Have a strong technical background and are able to interact with engineers, developers and end users
- Comfortable interacting with customer staff on a variety of levels up to Director level
This role is based in The Netherlands.
The salary range for this role is between EUR 70.000 - 80.000.
