Over 850,000 inhabitants, at least 150,000 entrepreneurs and more than 20 million tourists a year; these are the impressive figures of Amsterdam. This includes a strong, agile municipal organization. For example, every year we start building 7,500 homes. Together with our partners, we aim for climate neutrality by 2050. We create a public space that is clean, whole and safe.
